KPS is proud to present insights about the Coop Danmark digitalisation project, one of the largest SAP S/4HANA Retail transformations in the Nordics. 
Setting up an entirely new back-end IT infrastructure to establish an always up-to-date end-to-end transparency of all processes was challenging, but successfully executed by Coop and KPS.

KLM Engineering & Maintenance - Warranty Management & Claim processing for Customer Service Repairs

Bas Krebbers will provide insights in the long road to implementation of standard SAP warranty functionalities in order to replace the legacy applications within the KLM Engineering & Maintenance division.

The warranty claim can be used to request reimbursement of material costs, labor costs, as well as other costs that arose while rectifying faults on an Equipment object during the warranty period.
